At Premier Yarns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened yarn within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Ensure your items are in their original packaging, with labels intact, and have not been wound or used in any knitting or crochet projects.
Request a Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your yarn in a sturdy box or padded mailer, including a copy of your packing slip and the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send your package back to our distribution center; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
