How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for yarn?
We accept returns on unused yarn in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on partial skeins or yarn that has been wound into balls.
Do you offer dye lot matching?
We make every effort to match dye lots for all yarn ordered in a single transaction. If we are unable to provide matching dye lots, a customer service representative will contact you before shipping.
